Classic Cowboy Casserole
We present to you the recipe for the classic cowboy dish as follows:
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained

1 cup frozen corn
-
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

Salt and pepper
Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook Beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.

Add Vegetables: Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.

1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Instructions:

4 green onions, chopped

1 bag (32 oz) frozen hash brown potatoes or tater tots
Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook Sausage: Brown sausage with diced onion in a skillet. Drain the grease.
